8 New Features In Iphone 6s
Good news for the Apple fanatics, our sources close to the fire reported that the announcement day of the new phones (the new iPhone 6s, the 6s Plus and the 6c) will be in the week of September 7, most likely September 9, the exact same day when the iPhone 5s and 5c were announced. The new iPhones of 2015 will be available in the stores from September18 – cause we all know last years’ iPhone was available from the 19th, and a year before that from the 18th of September.
Design
With the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus, Apple stepped into the phablet territory and succeded, so don’t be surprised if the new 2015 iPhones will look exactly the same as the 2014 variants. As you can see in the leaked photos, the only change they made is the location of two tiny little screws. However, the material of the shell will be changed to a more enduring aluminium composite due to the „bending iPhone” incident, which was experienced amongst the 6 Plus users, who put their phones in their pockets. Another change they made, which we mortals cannot see (unless we have built in microscopes in our eyes), is the thickness of the new phones. The 6s will be 0.1 and the 6s Plus will be 0.33 millimeter thicker thanks to the new Force Touch technology Apple is going to intruduce with this series of phones.
iOS9
At the 2015 Worldwide Developers Conference (WDC) on June 8, Apple unveiled the new iOS9. The known changes are currently affecting iPhones with the improved Siri, the enhancement to Apple Pay, and the updated map, but there were promises to an improved scrolling and an extended battery life with the low-power mode (+3 hours).
Camera
Regarding the camera, there will be significant changes to the prior iPhone models. The back camera sensor is gonna get replaced by a Sony sensor which will increase the pixel count from 8 to 12 megapixels. Another significant change is that the CMOS from now on will have RGBW configuration, just like the Huawei P8. With this new camera setup, filming in 4k will no longer be an issue.
